Im using realme smart cam 360. App forced close when ever im trying to press setting. Cannot playback recorded video. Look like other user facing same problem. Still no action from realme?

I am not able to customize the settings since realme t300 buds are not listed in the device list, this is kinda disappointing

its good but my device cant connect in this apps (realme Buds T300) when can it be updated?
Sluggish and No Background Data Update
App performance need to be improved. Smartwatch gets disconnected frequently. And there is no auto update of weather data based on location etc. everything needs to be manually triggered which defeats the purpose. I might as well look at the latest weather on my phone.
