These tools exist and should be designed to make it easier. I like that I can create a pretty detailed filter and save it. But if I cannot hide the properties that I don’t want to see anymore, the filter doesn’t make much sense. I started at 100%, right off the charger. Within 2 Hours it was dead. Usually my iPad Pro m1 lasts 10 hours of nonstop use and can function for 30 days on standby. Otherwise it is quite powerful. But it’s not easy to work with as I’m out with clients and I need to charge it nonstop between clients to keep it running. It NEVER remembers that I selected “Face ID”, so that NEVER works. It also doesn’t remember my login, nor does it give the option of auto populating my password…. Even though I’ve programmed it into my save passwords. Which is HELLA ANNOYING when they automatically assigned me a username that is 30 random characters!!!! I called them… they can’t change the username!?! Links to houses and lists that my fiancé sends me don’t open in the app (just takes me to landing page *eyeroll*! I have to email them to myself and go to the website for the links to work. Brutal, painful app. Horrible experience with it/ the company all around. Painful. Would rather use HouseSigma, but this what the agents use.
