## Rebel Gypsy Reviews in United States

### ***** "Awesome quality"
I love the clothing I’ve ordered. And I have over 30 wigs from RG. They’re all great quality. My faves are the free parting. I love wearing hats and having beautiful hair to hang out of those hats is a must !!! If you’ve never tried a wig try one from here
-- Ms Moehling, 2025-11-04

### *---- "Wigs"
First the clothes I have bought from Rebel Gypsy I love.

The WIGS sadly are a different story. The colors were not as stated. Maybe if they were worn under a bright light I could have seen the true colors. One wig had such a big cap in it I couldn’t tighten it enough so it would stay on my head. One wig after waiting four weeks for it, when I checked on shipment it was canceled. I received two wigs that were double shipped and red as can be. I would never wear a red wig. Others had a lot of red mixed in. My account was deleted so I couldn’t not check on what I actually ordered. Along with my cash credit was gone. I have text and emailed so many times, I finally gave up. There is a reason no returns are allowed with wig orders.

I hate to leave a bad review but do not want the same thing happening to other customers.

### ***-- "Wig Not for me."
My last wig wasn’t what I expected. She was dull and not a pretty curl. Not a good look for me. I see the wigs under there light and the color appears much brighter or different. Wigs appear nicer when they demonstrate it. Sometimes they are so thick. I will make sure I get a low density and mono.

### *---- "Not recommended"
Unfortunately, I’ve spent a lot of money with this company. I’ve ordered probably 80 wigs from her expecting them to hold up. I can honestly say that she advertises them as a silk human blend, but I don’t think they are. I found the same wigs on other wholesale websites for a fraction of the price, not to mention the wigs don’t last very long. The hair falls out and once they’ve been styled, they are never the same. They do not look the same as when she tries them on for the first time in her lives and her videos. I stopped ordering from her for a long time and thought I’d give it another shot. I still have yet to receive my wigs and it’s been well over the 10 days that she promises they would be delivered. It is impossible to reach customer service and she does not offer any refunds… needless to say I will not be ordering with this company again, and then I went onto the whole found the exact same wigs that I just paid over $200 for for $30! My advice is due your research before you order from her. Oh, and let me tell you her pre-styled wigs that she charges $450 for saying they’re the top the best.. not true that way I paid $450 for I found for 75 bucks. I’ve watched her a lot over the years and watched her success and the mini houses that she’s bought and it’s sad that it’s all based off lies.
-- Tiffmccallum, 2025-02-09

### *---- "Unacceptable"
I ordered a beautiful wig and when received it looked nothing like the one I ordered. She also would not exchange or refund! Disappointing to say the least! Terrible customer service! Tons of her customers and I both feel ripped off by her with her NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy.
-- Kimoletta, 2024-11-27

### ***** "Love Rebel Gypsy!! Beautiful hair… cute clothes and accessories!!"
Love the wigs, the clothes.. great sales and cash back!! There’s always SOMETHING you find and love!!
-- Darlnsworld, 2024-07-16

### **--- "App Update"
Been waiting on the App Update to access all my RG credit and still cannot log into my account. Texts state that all Apple users are good to go, but it’s still not fixed!
-- BlondeAndrea, 2024-06-11

### *---- "Worse service"
This is one of the worse companies I ve used. It starts out good but if u have any issues they won’t get resolved. They send wrong wigs wrong clothing size but if they have shipping issues they expect you to understand but if your shipped the wrong wig they won’t fix it trust me I would know so dnt buy the expensive wigs I will no long support this terrible company!
-- ligeia744, 2023-12-27

### ****- "Love the products"
I have permanent hair loss and love all their wigs for the price. I see a lot of reviews that claim they delete bad reviews or that the owner designs all the products. No where in any videos or ads does it say that.
-- Maria Spainer, 2023-10-10

### *---- "Not what it seems at all"
This owner literally not a good person. Lots of evidence PROVING her unethical business practices on Reddit and YouTube. She does everything including doxx customers when trying to leave honest reviews trying to intimidate them from speaking up. I’m just trying to warn you before you get sucked in like I did. She will literally say anything to get your money and once you hand it over no matter what happens she will not refund you.
-- nizoiaa, 2023-09-30

### *---- "Rebel Rip Off!!"
Reselling $30-50 100% branded synthetic wigs for a 500% markup & removing tags - beware! After spending thousands I’m learning along with hundreds of others that we’ve been bamboozled!! The wigs are synthetic NOT human blend as advertised, most wigs are other brands she purchases and removes tags from. (Bobbi Boss, Belle Tress, Websters Wigs, Sensationnel to name a few…) Just about every wig “she designs” can be found elsewhere for 1/5th the price & shipped within 2-days. With her predominantly white customer base, most of the lace is dark. Search Rebel Gypsy on Reddit - endless information! I didn’t want to believe it myself, but a lot of my wigs have what appear to be tags that were cut out and sure enough the same wig can be found elsewhere for way less. Her shipping is terrible, special orders take months if they ever ship. She’s notorious for printing shipping labels to comply with marketplace laws, but she won’t actually ship the order for weeks or months if at all!!! Do your research before investing thousands like I have.
-- lindsayrh, 2023-09-24

### *---- "No Stars - SCAMMER BUSINESS"
Rebel Gypsy is a scam. The owner buys wigs from big name companies at cheap prices and rips their tags out and claims it as her creation. There are subs all about it on Reddit. She doesn’t refund your money or accept returns and most of the wigs people get are nothing like her website picture. She deletes bad reviews and kicks people off her IG and FB for telling the truth. She also stalks and threatens unhappy customers. BUYER BEWARE!!!

PS: her app does not allow for the “ask app not to track” option! Read the data policy. It gives her access to everything!
-- Shannon Elaine, 2023-09-23

### *---- "Beware Scam!"
Do your research. Google, Reddit, TikTok, You Tube, etc. Search “wig scammer”. You will be purchasing wigs that have been bought from other retailers and passed off to you as “custom” with as much as a 300% mark-up. She lies about shipping time and if you complain you will be blocked. This is someone with no ethics. Do your research. If you want to throw your money away, be her customer. If you don’t then do some investigation and protect yourself from scammers like her.
-- NetFlixAndCats2023, 2023-09-23

### *---- "Disappointment"
Don’t ever speak up if you are displeased. You will be blocked. Don’t have a difference in opinion. You will be blocked. The app was often glitchy and would force stop. Product listings are a false advertisement. Save your money. Don’t shop here.
-- Creationsbycreid, 2023-08-14

### *---- "BUYER BEWARE"
The owner of this company lies about her products. None of her wigs, cosmetics, clothing, or accessories are designed by her. The wigs she purchases from other sites, cuts the tags out, and marks up the price as much as 300%. Her cosmetics can all be found on Chinese wholesale sites. If you question her you get blocked, and she has even publicly ridiculed her own customers on FB reels after they made a complaint.
-- Karib2284, 2023-08-04

### *---- "Sadly a scam"
I bought a $145 wig that I initially loved but it was very poor quality, after a week of wear, it began to fray and the interior started to come apart - I discovered that was due to a tag thay had been removed prior to purchase, and it unraveled the whole wig base. When I looked up the wig with google image search I found it on another site for $29.99 and was shocked. I then kept looking for other wigs of RG I liked and found them ALL on Bobbi Boss, Outre and Divatress along with Webster Wigs. It appears that this company purchases wigs in bulk from other places, removes the tags, upcharges, and resells them. I feel cheated, and deeply hurt as someone with permanent hair loss. How low can you go to cheat a community of people with medical conditions? Bad business, cross reported to BBB and FTA.
-- Carly XYZ, 2023-06-24

### *---- "Don’t do it, unless you want to get ripped off"
Totally illegal. Is changing tags in brand name wigs and selling as direct from manufacturer. Mark ups as much as 500% Takes payment for orders and refuses to refund if wig cannot be acquired, deletes entire account logins while still owing multiple wigs and credits. The worst customer service imaginable. Dishonest. Filtered pictures that change colors to a level that what you order is not what you see. Substitutes colors without permission. Sends wrong wig and refuses to refund. Only return for credit. If you try to complain, you get banned and blocked and account login is removed, so you can’t even see the status of your orders. App order numbers do not match website order numbers. The entire thing is a catastrophe. Wait an entire week for an email reply that answers no question, just gives you generic information you already know. Advertises human silk blend when most are 100% synthetic. Check Reddit. She’s been doing this for more than a year and you can buy the same wigs for 1/5th what she charges and actually have them within a week vs waiting 8 weeks for a credit you may not get to use. Beware!!
-- JustifiedMadness, 2023-05-01

### ***** "The app is great!!"
I've purchased several wigs from Rebel Gypsy before it became an app. The app makes my purchases basically a one touch purchase now!! I love the app and will continue my wig journey with Rebel Gypsy!!!
-- Ange0<3xoxo, 2021-12-06

### ***** "Rebel Gypsy is AMAZING!!!"
Rebel Gypsy is an AMAZING boutique owned and operated by Amanda Lawrence. She has beautiful wigs, clothing, cosmetics, lashes and hair/beauty tools. You will not be disappointed, she has fantastic stuff. Be sure to check out her live shows as well done twice a week!!!
