## REBEL Rewards! Reviews in United States

### ****- "Pretty Convenient"
Stop by to grab some chicken at The Hatch!
Found out they now deliver alcohol through the app itself. Gave it a try and was very impressed. My order arrived quickly and all I had to do was provide my ID and signature. Over all a great experience. Cheers! 🥂

### *---- "Decided Not To Install"
Data is a hot commodity these days and worth more than gold to a successful business, and most importantly the consumer who wants to be able to trust who they do business with.

In the apps sign-up process, it asks for me to check a box in agreements with terms and conditions, but will not allow me to read what those terms and conditions are. I’m glad I stopped at that point of the process, because by some of the reviews for this app, it sounds a bit suspect. So, full price and un rewarded, it ‘tis until I can see what we are both agreeing on.

### *---- "Doesn’t load"
Sat here for THREE HOURS and the app never loads.
-- Chris Vandal, 2024-11-09

### *---- "Bad"
The system is terrible always down even if the store is open, they will not honor their sales.
-- Bobssnadwchi, 2024-10-31

### **--- "a lot of bad reviews"
there are a lot of bad reviews but this works just fine for me. the amount you have to spend to get points is a joke tho which makes this feel pointless getting an account
-- markuswilson02, 2024-08-23

### ***-- "Personal information?"
I’ve never had a rewards app ask me for so much personal information. It wanted me to verify my age by verifying information. How does it even know where my sister lives, or my past addresses?
-- YANEZK, 2024-08-11

### *---- "Spam!"
Immediately started receiving an abundance of spam calls, and text asking if I was interested in buying a car from locations all over the country. Do not download.
-- BlakeSlaughter, 2024-07-17

### *---- "Cannot purchase car wash"
The app does not allow you to make purchases on the app. I wish I could buy a car wash instead of going inside and scanning my QR code then going back to the wash.
-- Billy from 1996, 2024-06-17

### ***** "Support from Rebel Stores was awesome."
Some of my items were incorrectly priced on my receipt, but I did not notice until I arrived at home and discovered the error. I was able to resolve the problem via the Rebel Support group via the app. It was simple, fast and the problem was resolved. Thank you Rebel for caring about your customers and for the quick resolution.
-- JonB511, 2024-06-13

### *---- "No points ever added to my account"
No matter how many purchases I make in the store and have them scan my code I never get any points. Seems pretty useless
