I also wanted to be able to scan receipts easily and put both of these things in customised reports which would aggregate all the data. This app does all this and is perfect for me. It’s really easy to create trips by just putting in the start and end locations which populate automatically, like a satnav, when you start putting in the address. It is possible to customise the mileage per mile allowance so that it corresponds with your tax area. I looked at so many apps before this, but they provided so much more than what I needed and thus were needlessly complicated and expensive. I’d almost given up when I found easy expense. The app does do more than the above, but I wanted streamlined and it allows you to use it in that way if you want. Their support is brilliant. I haven’t used an app like this before and they were very helpful in coaching me on how to create individual reports, so I could get the data monthly that I need.
