It works from dental receipts to shops at the mall, without really needing to provide additional info.

After using the app for just over a year, I began having buffering issues when uploading receipts. I reported the issue to customer service on two separate occasions and received the same auto reply. I verified there were no in-appupdates I needed to do, my iOS operating system didn’t need a new update, I deleted the app and reinstalled, and I had no issues with my internet provider. It is an issue with the app and with customer service. I do not recommend wasting time on this app.

It just staggers and gets stuck on uploading. Haven’t been able to upload any receipt for a week already

This app has become so slow to upload my receipts that I no longer feel it’s worth my time. I know the problem is not my internet speed because the other apps I use have no trouble uploading within seconds. I’ve waited several minutes with this app and finally had to give up.

Now my receipts won’t upload 🤷🏼‍♀️🥹

Scanner is the most inconsistent out of receipt scanning apps. Cmon guys. I’ll try to scan with WiFi on and on my data and it’s still taking forever. I usually just try later when hopefully the app is working better.

You only have 7 days to upload a receipt where other apps you have 14 days. Once you take a picture of the receipt it takes FOREVER to upload. I have checked several times to see if there was an updated version to this app, nothing.

One of the worse app to download. Take forever to upload and you need 1 day to complete few receipts and they never pay for the points

I have been having issues with this app. It will not download any receipts for me anymore. I removed app to try again. Still nothing. Removed app from phone and downloaded app back on phone, and now it won’t let me in the app at all. So went to change password but not getting an email to change my password. Please send me an email to change password!!
