I love the idea of ReciMe! I never thought to turn a recipe website or app into more of a social media platform. I think is a great way to connect and find people with similar tastes or diets as you and to share great cooking tips! Definitely recommend for anyone trying to get more food inspo!

Recime is the best! For a distracted, erratic brain like mine…heaven.

I’m enjoying the app but having issues with the importing of recipes that I copy and paste.

Okay so I just downloaded the app and BABY LET ME TELL YOUUU!!!! It’s worth it

Immediately deleted after it said I’d have to pay to save more than 5 or 6 recipes. I thought it was going to be a cool little app but it’s just like any other cash grabbing app. Who would actually pay for this?🤦‍♀️

I am obsessed with this app. It actually does all the things it claims to do and it’s SO easy!!

You only get 8 recipe uploads before you have to pay for more. I wish in the free version, that you could even just organize and save links to things. Not even import. I probably won’t be using this app because I can’t afford the subscription. Wish there was something more than what is offered in the free version. A big disappointment.

This is advertised as a free app with in-app purchases but you must subscribe to use, there is no option to use basic functions without a subscription. It forces the subscription free trial after the introduction.

The ad that got me to download said you could import recipe videos straight from your favorite places like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Couldn’t be further from the truth. With the free trail that gives you access for the first week it shows 3 options to import recipes. Picture, typing it out, or googling it. Not cool and no way id pay even $5 for a whole year for the app to make me do more work than just saving the video to my phone and putting it in a folder. AI chats can make a grocery list for free. just extra steps to take your money.

This app earns an automatic one star due to its scummy and predatory free trial scam attempt. This is an app that already tricks you by labeling itself free and then requiring you to sign up for a 7 day free trial. When you sign up for the trial, it automatically signs you up for the 40$ year long tier when the trial ends rather than the monthly subscription that every reasonable person would assume. I find this a terrible practice, not only scammy but it shows you don't trust your product to naturally draw people in without tricking them.
