## Reclaim Energy Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Dodgy App"
I keep thinking there must be an update coming soon, but nothing changes. This app feels like it’s been abandoned, I had wondered if Reclaim was out of business. The app does not sync properly, the date and time do not display correctly and it all round just gives no confidence in the unit. The app is basically useless for me now.
-- JasonG23, 2026-10-03

### *---- "Awful app"
Terrible app, great hot water unit. Considering the price of these water heaters, not providing a usable app to control it with is disgusting. Do NOT buy the wifi component, you will still be walking out to the control box to make adjustments. Sort it out, Reclaim !!
-- Hgshejsjssjh, 2026-07-16

### *---- "Missing graphical data"
The Home Assistant integration can show graphical data but native phone app can’t. Definitely not expected.
-- ConsumerSA, 2026-06-14

### *---- "This App is Pathetic"
I’ve just been out in the rain to use the console next to the outdoor heat exchanger to adjust some settings because as usual the app does not work clear. The app displays the wrong time is unusable for making any changes to settings at all. What it does do, after belatedly syncing with the unit, is display temperature and energy usage. That is all it can do. It is ridiculous that an organisation that has developed what is arguably the best quality heat pump domestic water heater on the market has completely bungled the development and maintenance of an app to control this great equipment.
-- SevorgS, 2026-05-18

### *---- "Not updated for ios26"
Graphs are not displaying properly on ios26. Works fine on partner’s phone that’s on older iOS version.
-- H. Yuser, 2026-01-28

### **--- "Graphs do not work"
The graphs of temperature don’t have proper times/dates. And the power input graphs never works at all. Frustrating that it hasn’t been fixed.
-- Ed the traveller, 2025-11-29

### **--- "It works, but…"
While it’s a supposedly premium mechanical product Reclaim haven’t bothered to develop the app. Doesn’t auto refresh on opening, time and temperature options aren’t very flexible, graphs lack clarity. No updates in over a year. Three stars for no real bugs. Basic.
-- Manzinilox, 2025-08-20

### *---- "App doesn’t scan setup QR code"
Had a new Reclaim heat pump installed. It’s brilliant, shame about the app. It refuses point blank to scan the QR setup code. Don’t bother downloading it.
-- Bernadette65, 2025-08-12

### **--- "App needs more work"
This app needs more work to get all the functions working.
-- Woodend Woodsman, 2024-09-11

### ***-- "Dark Mode Bug"
Timers don't work if running on iOS in dark mode
-- C-C-T, 2024-05-06
