## RecNation Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not user friendly"
The app is used to force more money out of you then what's due and it's not flexible to use. No options.
-- Zuricree, 2025-12-20

### *---- "Greed"
Big company Big fees! Ever since this company took over, it’s been nothing but price increases and fees added. The consumer gets NOTHING new or better, just higher cost in these tough times! Can’t wait to get my boat out of there and save my money!
-- Big company, Big Cost, 2025-09-01

### **--- "Location Services"
This app requires location services to “Always” be on in order to use remote open at facilities. Why?! Have to turn off and on every time I use it.
-- Confused Storage, 2025-06-24

### *---- "Very buggy app with 50% failure rate on gate opening"
The app is very buggy. It locks up and often crashes. It constantly asks you to enter your gate code even though the code is stored and displayed in the app. The gate only opens about 50% of the time. Overall kinda useless because of these issues.
-- PaveOsprey, 2024-11-13

### *---- "Trash"
Y’all are complete trash as a company I feel sorry for anyone that rents storage from you
-- Giddy 12, 2024-07-19

### *---- "Constantly raising rates. Raised 5 times in a year and a half."
Nice facility but the rates they are charging are excessive.
-- Rec Nation, 2024-05-08

### *---- "Bad Customer Service"
Been renting for several months on autopay then extended an extra month. They didn’t say anything and didn’t/couldn’t do autopay again and restricted me from facility without warning.
-- bkretvix, 2024-05-04

### ***** "Coop"
I love the ease of the mobile app , and getting in and out of the gate
-- Coopluvsboata, 2024-04-03

### **--- "Getting out"
I requested to be off of this on 31 January now here it is the middle of February and I’m still getting bills. I talked to someone on the email still have payment due don’t understand how I can let them know four times now that I’m not to be in that unit anymore yet I’m still getting billed for the month of the unit beware
-- Taken by the system, 2024-02-11

### *---- "No option to make partial payments"
App does not allow partial payments
-- dvzeta, 2023-11-16
