### ****- "Project at 31 USJ 17"
The service provided by LKD facility solution is good. The manager Nasrul was very responsive and provided prompt updates. The workers are very professional and their quality of work was very good. I would recommend this contractor for renovation works.
-- PeteS2024, 2024-01-13

### *---- "Where is the cancel button?"
Why there’s no cancel button in both website and phone app?
-- aquaneoedwin, 2024-01-10

### ***** "ASBM"
I used them to paint and do some electrical work. Very trustworthy, always on time and did a fantastic job. Very obliging when asked to do any extras or when asked to redo anything that I was not satisfied with. I’ll definitely use their services again and will recommend them to family and friends
-- SandraDorothy, 2023-11-21

### *---- "The app is not active"
I am wondering if this app is still active. I booked multiple appointments through the apps but no contractors available.
The customer service did not attempt to provide any solutions.
However, when I texted directly to some of the contractors from the app, they are actually able to take the job at my preferred time.
-- TYT617, 2023-10-02

### **--- "poor customer service support"
i have requested for an emergency service for repair, was able to engage to a technician in a very short time, work done well. problem arose with the payment issue, was hinted to pay prepaid to secure a booking. after the work done, cannot release the prepaid payment to vendor- keep direct me to make another payment. contacted via whatsapp, email and phone call- nobody is responding!
-- Sharonlin229, 2023-10-02

### *---- "House cleaning"
Slow response
-- Audrey Shin Yong Ling, 2023-08-05
