This app is intended for use by parents or caregivers supporting children and adolescents diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa and working in collaboration with treatment providers using Family Based Therapy.

The Recovery Record team worked in close collaboration with the originators of FBT to develop and improve the app, and leading clinical teams and families have vetted and given feedback each step of the way to ensure that it is as impactful as possible.

By linking this app with your treatment team’s Recovery Record Clinician App you can stay connected, track your child’s food intake and meal experiences, learn skills to de-escalate their distress and improve your confidence and knowledge.

Has helped so much during FBT treatment for anorexia.  I wish there was a calorie count/calculator to add the day.  And there’s a glitch with the height.  But has been very helpful.  I would also want to add some of the behaviors I see and want to track vs some that I don’t see
