It was working great in the beginning but around May it stopped email notifications of collection and today June 28 it said there was no waste collection only blue box and green bin so I missed it. Can not reply on this app now. 🤪

My address won’t load!!
This app sucks! I went to go change my address and my address won’t even load. I’ve tried multiple time to contact tech support, but never hear anything back.
Needs work
I like this app overall, but the address picker is just so so so so bad. Extremely inconsistent behaviour and makes it very difficult to change addresses.

Very Helpful
Easy to use and keeps us on track

Finally a good recycling resource!!
I’m so happy this new app has a lookup feature! I’m constantly using it. I was about to write a long letter of complaint because the search on the website was useless, but now this app pretty much answers all my questions about what is or isn’t recyclable.
