Timeout to request new OTP is 250s and you can’t switch screens while you wait. Just recycle or donate your items elsewhere. This is worth your time, patience and energy. -- Cassiopeia539, 2026-10-04 ### *---- "Multiple points of failure" Tried to create an account via the app, couldn’t receive OTP Tried to create an account by scanning the QR code. Managed to receive OTP and received a QR but cannot app says account is not created Tried to scan the QR code on the machine and deposited my items, then machine crashed and rebooted to the Android screen when I wanted to end my transaction -- F1SHI3, 2026-08-18 ### *---- "Try to register so many times and not successful" Tried SMS and email , can’t register at all, how to make use of the program when a registration is so not user friendly. Waste time -- Tamagotchisally, 2026-07-11 ### *---- "No OTP on registration" Having to download an app to recycle is a barrier. Doesn’t help when there is no SingPass assisted registration and OTP cannot be retrieved. -- nexus87_, 2026-07-04 ### *---- "Cannot reset password" I want to reset my password because I do not remember yet ask me to key in my password when I “forget password”. Gundu app! -- XY Peck, 2026-06-02 ### *---- "Cannot register" No OTP, how to recycle?? -- It’s a lies, 2026-06-01 ### *---- "Registration process faulty" Unable to register an account. -- Onypenny, 2026-01-04 ### *---- "one of the dumbest initiative" problem 1. you have to create an account to recycle? i get the accountability part, but this is a friction which doesn’t encourage recycling. in this case, which problem is bigger? problem 2. UX is horrible. doesn’t help that the UI is not intuitive, but when you want to register, it generates an invalid verification code. how to register? all the things i could’ve recycled gone to the rubbish because of little consumer behaviour research. i wish the app all the best nonetheless. -- Hathasmalvena, 2026-01-02 ### *---- "Unable to register for an account" Wasted trip of having to carry all the recycling stuff there. When registering, it keeps saying verification code is incorrect. -- limjian85, 2025-11-05 ### ***** "Thank you" Thank you for coming up with this system, super important in our step forward to being serious about recycling, or at least satisfying those who are serious. Protecting recyclables from those ugly people who treat blue bins like trash bins. -- Randall Leong, 2025-07-22 ### *---- "Dun waste time recycling with them" Wow the points difference between old scheme and new scheme is just WOW. While companies are raking money from us who collectively bring these items down to the bin, I shall just deposit it to the blue bins below my block instead. This is how Singapore companies are. -- look4mi, 2024-07-15 [View all Recycle Right @800 Super reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Recycle Right @800 Super Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Singapore | Lifestyle | #66 | --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
