I cannot sign in. The app says it is working to resolve this issue however nothing has changed in a month.

I have tried registering and it says I’m already registered. When I try to log on it won’t let me . This has gone on for months . Twice they have canceled my registration so I can start again and it still doesn’t work.This is the worst app ever.it says I am denied access .Absolutely useless.

Whats the point having an app if i cant even login for months trying but still nothing!

Energy Made Easy said I would save money with Red, and I checked before signing up there’s usage in the app. I didn’t know until I signed up and my service moved to Red that it’s all in kW, not $ apart from the current bill total. Having been with Energy Australia, where my usage by the hour is available in both kW and $, I’m not willing to downgrade the features. They’ve offered me a good deal to go back to them. Bye

The app has all the basic info and functions that I need.

Struggle to log in EVERY TIME

I’ve tried so many times to get this app to work and it’s a total fail. A waste of time!

I checked my usage on Sunday for Friday and Saturday, there was no usage stats for those days even though I was using electricity on those days. It wasn’t until Monday the usage for Friday and Sat came up… It’s Now Tuesday and the same thing has happened for Monday..no usage stats for Monday. it’s not my Internet connection, I’ve got a good signal, I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but same problem. if you want people to use your app, please make sure you fix all the bugs before you update to another version.

App was working great til it was updated Now you can no longer see your daily usage info.

App has stopped updating the latest daily information.
