Red lobster is one of my favorite seafood places to go always fresh food

It would be great to be able to use the app once at the restaurant. Every time I pull the app up and I ask a server about a special posted on the app they don’t know what it is. 👀

Why have an app if you cannot order using it and track your order???

Tried for 30 mins. to receive forgotten password for an account I didn’t even know I had … followed instructions but no password reset email ever received. Tried to open new account using multiple different email addresses and it kept stating user names (highlighted email address) were already in use even though I had never used them for Shopping / Restaurant accounts. I finally gave up, was really craving crab legs but I guess they won’t be from Red Lobster!

Service was good but the food wasn’t the best. The biscuits were hard and over baked. We ordered the coconut shrimp and it was over fried. The rest of the food was delicious. Towards the end we couldn’t finish the shrimp skewer and the diablo shrimp so we asked for a container and our server said we couldn’t take it to go because we ordered endless shrimp. We said so you would rather throw it away he said yes that’s our policy. We asked the server to ask the manager and the server came back and said sorry you can’t take the food to go. I don’t understand the ridiculous policy. We spent over $50 dollars. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

What’s the point of making an app if you can’t place an online order? Also, when you do “place an order” through the app…. it takes you to a website and ask you a whole bunch of questions and the Apple Pay feature does not work. Very annoying :/
