Signed up, gave info up, then tried to order and it wouldn’t even put the keyboard up to type in post code ore suburb. I had to paste it in. Made the order, got all the way to the end, used Apple Pay to pay, and then the order didn’t even complete. Complete waste of time

Huge markup across the board in this app. Next time you are in a physical store open it and compare the prices, some items are like ten buck more. Greedy sneaky chooks.

I used your website yesterday and it encouraged me to use the app. I downloaded it and became a loyalty member. I rarely go to Red Rooster but was introduced to your fried chicken recently. Pretty good. I ordered fried chicken on the app at 7pm for in store pickup at Moorebank NSW. When I went in at 705pm they said they ran out of fried chicken. I couldn’t believe it. I ordered it specifically to take to a friends for a few of us to enjoy. How does a chicken shop run out of chicken at 7pm on a Saturday night. I asked the helpful girl if it was a regular thing and she said they don’t cook any more from 7pm as they close at a 8pm and it takes 30 mins to cook. What a crock. You’re a chicken shop. By the way your app and website says the store is open 7 days until 9pm. Regardless, your shouldn’t run out f chicken at 7pm. We did offer tenders instead and gave me 2 for 1 for my troubles. Still not as good as what I wanted. If your chicken shops want to stop cooking chicken so early then maybe update the app and website so customers don’t waste their time.

18/07/2023 The bug is huge , need fix authentication verification about minimum payment requirements. Christmas on July food vouchers can pass through without minimum payment requirements. Plus food employers need to fix as well, need understanding t&c apply roles especially payment roles and features.

Tried to switch pack to store pick up and won’t let me change to any stores saying they’re “closed” despite it being lunchtime on a Wednesday.

The store automatically assigns your delivery order to Doordash, pretends to pack your whole order and then blames Doordash for stealing your food. No one will respond to complaints or take responsibility. No responsibility from Red Rooster for the delivery drivers that they have engaged and no refund for (a lot of) missing food. AVOID RED ROOSTER

Absolutely useless app. I’ve used it twice and both times when I went in store to pick my order up there was no order on their system. Both time they had to call head office to sort the issue out. Just get your Red Rooster the old fashioned way

Very buggy app constantly deleting and re downloading so offers actually load

Forgot password, changed password, error on signing in. Went to offers, clicked on voucher, said Voucher not found.
