Worst app ever. At least learn from others. Nearly impossible to use offers.
You should be able to just click on the deal to purchase it, not memorize the code and than paste it on check out. Some deals for new users are not even accessible.
Keeps logging me out
App keeps logging me out
Unable to order regular combo
Probably a result trying to increase their margins but you cannot order a regular combo meal on the app. This means you have to manually order it at the store
Order wrong
Every time I do a mobile order they get it wrong. I order red rooster twice a week. And paying about $40 each order. And I’m always missing meals from my order or they get my order wrong. I’m never making a mobile oder again. There is no way to ask them to correct the order after it’s been delivered. They should have a customer feed back once the order has been delivered
Crashes
App crashes when trying to apply discount code. This is not acceptable.
Got my delivery address wrong
I typed in and double checked my delivery address before I ordered. Somehow it was changed to a wrong location 17 minutes away from me.
Avoid for your own sanity
Trying to navigate this god forsaken app is like my own personal purgatory
OTP not working
Have been trying to log in and change password but OTP sent by sms never arrives. Am a long time customer with Gold status and I am failed when you expect me to be loyal and keep my status. FIX the issue as has been pointed out for over a month now.
Absolute Rubbish
Am trying to log in and have the correct mobile number attached to my account yet a code never arrives. It’s fast food do we need such strict security for chicken?Have royalty dollars that I cannot use.
