Red Alert processes claims/payment between healthcare provider and the employer, with an IT infrastructure that leverages with credit card technology architecture.

Red Alert app is introduced to ease all our client to access our clinic panel, to check their coverage balance, to key in reimbursement, to view their clinic visit history and to scan QR Code to do a transaction.

I have tried to say this in a nice way but i cant think of a nice way to say this. This app is STUPID. Cant login, cant reset password, cant sign up, cant claim reimbursement, cant search for panel clinics, takes forever to load until not sick anymore ready. Is this company trying to reduce the employees claims? Is that why it is unbearable to use this app? How can an app regarding to healthcare be so damn unreliable??? I am seriously curious as to whether this company and this app is a scam for employers to ensure little as possible claims from employees. Took me 5 mins to write this review and im still not logged in yet. TERRIBLE APP
