Sometimes after releasing a bike it can roll back into the station and lock again, especially if the bike stand is on a slope, If this happens and you try to release the bike again you get a pop up “oops an error occurred” this resolves after waiting about 5 minutes, but if it is the only bike at a station waiting 5 minutes has often resulted in another user taking the bike, this becomes extremely frustrating if there is only one bike at the station.

The app works great overall, and customer service is also very responsive and helpful.

The only issue: sometimes when I’m trying to check out a bike it won’t release. When that happens, I can’t try again (get an “Oops! There was sn error” message). I think this is because they don’t want people to return a bike and then immediately check it out again to get around having to pay. However, it’s a huge inconvenience when I have issues releasing a bike…basically it means I either have to wait 15 minutes or just walk.

Charged me €70 instead of €35. The app looked buggy while taking my payment, got an oops error occurred message, and then received 2 payment notifications from my bank. There was 2 x €35 payments taken. When I go to my subscriptions there is a subscription for the next 12 months and the following 12 months.
