I had high hopes for this app, but it has been a huge disappointment. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it frustrating to use. It constantly crashes, lags, and has way too many ads. On top of that, the customer support is unresponsive, and the latest update made things even worse. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money on this app until the developers fix these major issues.

The teachers and class offerings are diverse and offer flexibility for folks who cannot attend a live class. I attended a yoga & dance flow class with FeyFey at Redd Light Therapy last month  & I had a beautiful, heart opening experience. I appreciate the intentional journal prompts and the time to reflect and verbally share before our movement practice. As someone who grew up heavily shamed and criticized for my body and emotions, I feel that dance and movement has been my biggest outlet of release and expression. FeyFey’s guidance was gentle yet powerful. I felt safe to move my body sensually and fluidly without judgement. At one point, she had us move like the element of water and it felt so freeing to explore my own depths while sharing space & being witnessed by another person. I highly recommend Redd Light  classes for anyone who is seeking how to connect deeper with themselves and their creative power!!! I’m so excited to take more of Redd Light Therapy classes online ❤️😍😍😍

I recently started taking classes with Redd Light Therapy after training in person at various studios across the country for the last four years. As much as I love my home studios, I’ve definitely had to make space in my schedule now to incorporate Redd Light Therapy classes. The instructors are just so good and the quality of the classes is amazing, I really feel like this helped me get out of my dancers block at a point when I’ve been having a hard time growing into the dancer I want to be. I really feel like this studio is helping me get more aligned with my goals. I also love that the classes are recorded so when I can’t make one, I can always watch it later. This has been super helpful to not feel stressed about time/ scheduling and it really helps me get into that flow s tate a lot better! 10000/10 super highly recommend!

Loooooove having a subscription to this app. Seamless booking process. The classes are incredible, with very talented and skilled instructors. I took a private with Coco Marie and had a blast. I learned so much information from her about performing and some new tricks! Each instructor I’ve trained with through redd light therapy has made it such a safe space to learn in. Couldn’t recommend booking a class enough

I am loving the quality of this app. It’s easy to navigate and access past recordings. The sign up process is quick and reminders are sent before class starts. If I can’t attend a class I have access to the recording. I have attended live classes as well as accessed the recordings and I haven’t had an issue with either. I love that I can use my home pole more often for heels classes as well as improve my flexibility from the comfort of my home.❤️❤️❤️❤️

I feel like this is the online studio I've been waiting for. A lot of online platforms I found are either soley pole moves or choreography based and this platform seems to have a balance of both mixed with conditioning in full length classes! This app is super user friendly and I really appreciate having access to the recording after taking the class. This app is SO easy to use and the creator has collaborated with various instructors internationally that not only know their craft but are passionate about it! If you miss a live class? No biggie - the recording is delivered straight to you in the app within 24 hours. I personally love Mateva’s low flow class and can’t wait to branch out! It’s easy to use, the instructors have great energy and you’ll leave a class feeling sexy, strong and capable. ✨

the yin yoga class w trisha fey was phenom and im super picky about my yoga classes so this was a delight :) 

also all different kinds of time zones!!! i love that! i’ve never seen that before!!!
