Social media, endless scrolling, and digital distractions consume hours of attention every day. Redeem helps transform that time into moments of prayer, Bible reading, and quiet reflection. Block distracting apps Create space for faith. Return your focus to God. --- Reduce screen time and block distractions Redeem allows you to block distracting apps and limit screen time during specific hours and after a daily usage limit. Using Apple Screen Time technology, you can create intentional periods where social media and other distracting apps are unavailable. Instead of scrolling, you can spend time in prayer or reading scripture. --- Replace distraction with spiritual activity When a blocked app is reached, access is not restored instantly. To unlock it, you must first spend time in a spiritual activity you have chosen. This may include: - prayer with a built-in timer - reading the Bible - quiet reflection or meditation - focused moments of spiritual presence The time spent in these activities is counted before access to the blocked app is restored. This creates a simple habit: replace distraction with faith. --- Built-in Bible reading Redeem includes integrated Bible reading so you can open scripture instantly when you step away from distractions. The reading interface is simple, quiet, and designed to help you stay focused on the text. --- Create your digital Sabbath Many Christians want to spend more time with God but struggle with constant notifications and social media. Redeem helps restore a rhythm of intentional withdrawal from distraction. Block apps. Reduce screen time. Create a digital Sabbath. Spend time with God. --- Designed for Christian spiritual discipline Redeem is not a productivity tool. It is designed for Christians who want to protect their attention and cultivate daily spiritual discipline through prayer, scripture, and reflection. All limits and rules are defined by you. The app simply helps you keep the commitment you chose.
