Literally got banned for no reason, only had the app for 2 days then suddenly was banned, tried to appeal it and was denied so I contacted Customer Support and they can not tell me what rule(s) I have broken nor can they tell me why my appeal was denied

### ***** "Great app but I was banned"
It’s honestly a really great platform, however the rules are strict and only in Chinese. I did bother translating them and understood them but still got banned, I have no idea why as I was being civil. Still can’t fault it and it is likely teething problems for all the new English language users. Disappointed but I lived it. Just be very careful, know the rules, and be nice.
