Occasionally fails to start but works mostly

Had 200 minutes for the month and actually used less than 100 minutes and Red Pocket sayes I used all 200. Not their first error.

This app was never very good. Try to get it to refresh and it goes off and sometime doesn’t come back. A time or two I had to restart my phone to reset this darn app. Better off logging in from a browser and delete this app. It had been this way for time immemorial so don’t expect any improvement.

It seems like businesses do not cater to the customers anymore, but my experience with Red Pocket has been absolutely top-notch! My service plan ran out the day before a very important phone interview for a job that I desperately need. I did not have the money to turn my service back on until three days after my service got shut off. I got on with the chat care of Red Pocket, and although it took them a while, they got my service turned back on for two more days so that I could take my phone call. I was absolutely shocked. I was 99% sure they were going to come back and tell me there was nothing they could do because it seems like that’s the norm these days. Nobody wants to help the small guy! Well, the small gal in this situation! But Red Pocket came through and hopefully they will be an integral part of me obtaining a new job! I just cannot thank them enough! Great, same signal like att. No dropped calls and fast internet. Free visual vm on iPhone

The app is okay. If you’re considering paying for service do the free trial or buy one month to start. Send texts, make calls, send emails, try every feature and app you have both on cellular and WiFi. If there’s a problem you’ll have no leverage if you’ve paid for a year. My experience has been that customer support are friendly but often offer no solution.

I have two lines on my iphone from two providers. Not the greatest of service with red pocket and I’m in a metropolitan

Keep the security strong add more features,consider adding CDMA network for the one gigabyte plan as well, Also Add apple pay and paypal for another payment method

When I tried to port out my number, they refused to release my number and terminated my line immediately even though I paid until the end of the month. Their customer service accused me for doing fraud even though it’s their company who terminated my paid service and refused to give me a refund. Also, the company is racist because they use fake avatars of white people for their customer service agents.
