When I came to check out I got a free protector spray and an extra 5% discount for using the app. I ordered on Saturday morning and received my gorgeous bag today on Tuesday. Absolutely fantastic service a bag at a great price and a free gift. I am over the moon. Thank you Redpost Equestrian I will be buying from you again!

### ***** "Friendly, helpful and thinking outside the box!"
I visited the store yesterday and was browsing through the headcollars looking for a fieldsafe headcollar for my tricky to catch mare. Melody saw me looking and kindly went through the display and pulled out all the safety headcollars for me to have a look at and explained how each one was designed to work. Unfortunately, there wasn't one that quite fitted my requirements (I'm very fussy, and so is my mare! Lol). Melody and I chatted about my horse and I explained she was quite sensitive and I was worried about my current headcollar rubbing her ears. Melody asked if I'd tried wrapping the headpiece with sheepskin? I'd never even thought about doing that! Melody then found me the Lemieux sheepskin nose/poll protector and I purchased it to give it a try. It is absolutely perfect and is an ideal fit around the head piece of my safety headcollar and so much more comfortable for Mouse! Thank you Melody for listening to what I needed 😀fantastic customer service!

### ***** "Very helpful, excellent service"
Georgina helped me buy a new hat, she was incredibly helpful ensuring the hat I bought was the right fit, she was very patient as I tried several different hats, very well informed on the safety aspects and brands available, and had excellent customer service without pressurising me to make a choice. Thank you ever so much
