## Redtiger Cam Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn't work"
App can't even connect to the dash cam
-- bryantj4i, 2025-09-08

### *---- "App live feed doesn’t work"
The app doesn’t load the live feed and just keeps loading with a black screen
-- Solverxyx, 2025-09-07

### *---- "Don’t waste your money"
They changed apps, it now doesn’t work. Previous way had to jump through hoops to just see the camera reels, also weird way to organize files. Recently had an accident and I had to buy a micro sd converter to see if the camera even recorded it.
-- Nerved regretful consumer, 2025-09-06

### *---- "Doesn't work"
The live stream on the camera when you're connected to the Wi-Fi is not being displayed on the screen so it basically doesn't work
-- jess128752, 2025-08-26

### *---- "Can’t play music with it on"
Not sure who made this app, but these days it’s rare to find one this stupid
-- MuseBoss, 2025-08-26

### *---- "Many features taken away from old app!"
Love the old red tiger app cause it lets up slow the video down to different speeds and you can zoom in on video. The new app does none of these, so I do not know why they would say the new app is an upgrade because it is not. The new app is a huge downgrade. Please fix
-- Pokernflush, 2025-08-26

### **--- "Live View Doesn’t Work"
Bought the F7NP; however, this app only lets you view recorded videos. Live stream does not load. Have to use the older & outdated app “REDTIGER” to view live video. Contacted support and got an automated email saying they’ll replace the camera. This is not the solution. The camera works, they need to fix the app.
-- RunProudRunUnited, 2025-08-24

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
I came from a Garmin dash cam and wanted to get dash cams in all my wife’s and my cars as well as gifts for my kids and their cars. So got this to try out. Camera works ok but App doesn’t work at all, when trying to watch video it just keeps trying to load but never does. I’m have to use the old app which works but doesn’t display a map with GPS info which is why I bought this camera. With no app support I will use this camera in the car it is installed in (should send back) and will have to pay more and put Garmins in my three other vehicles as well as my kids vehicles. I see other reviews with same problem as I’m having.
-- Miker79, 2025-08-11

### **--- "Horrible Grammar"
The app is decent but there is horrible grammar throughout. Example: “Please confirm whether to delete it”. Options are “cancel” and “determine”. It’s awful.
-- KTM, 2025-08-03

### *---- "Broken app"
I wish I could rate this 5 star but the app is broken. I can’t view a live feed and can’t play videos(stuck in loading). I just got the dashcam and I’m already frustrated.
