My support. Most of all I’m waiting for “mark as read” feature
The app is nice, but there are some issues: There is no “scroll to top” button for quickly moving to the top of the post list. If you have 200 posts in the feed, it takes a long time to scroll back to the top.
I like everything so far. The only thing holding me back from subscribing and switching from the classic app is the lack of widgets. Will there be any?
I could use it, but switching from one article to another is pretty-pretty bad. No swipes left or right, up or down, no next article button, no double-taps or page-turn areas. Just plain back and forth switching via Home screen.
This application will get a 5 star rating from me if they make it possible to save the position in an article that you were reading before closing out the app to comeback to it later, if that happens then I can’t flaw it! Well done all.
…continue to support and develop the classic Reeder that has served your loyal customers so well for so long. For those of us who just want the best RSS reader, this new app is not for us.
Shame to see this replace the brilliant Reeder (now Reeder Classic) as the focus for this talented developer. The idea of putting everything in one place sounds good, but it’s impractical and doesn’t work well in practice. Worse, even as a loyal user of the original app I couldn’t move my data over and had to manually import each news source. Terrible user experience.
Each updates evolves the concept more, great ideas, brilliant design.
I’ve used this app to replace several others. I love it! Only thing that is missing is Feedbin integration or some other way of getting paid newsletters into the app. Hoping this is added soon
This is an app that really, seriously needs the ability to swipe to the next post. And it doesn’t have it you cannot go to the next post. You have to back out and then manually tap it in a list. For an app that is designed to go through your timeline and read things. It’s just not that good at the job. There’s no option to prevent videos playing automatically for example, so say goodbye to your mobile data. There is also no filtering of the timeline it’s just straight chronological. Which means that there is no real easy way to see what is read and unread. So you better hope that you don’t accidentally scroll somewhere and lose your place.
