Cannot log in and connection errow

I think it a scam of money. A day after the payment of weekly subscription the next day i cannot connect and log in it always say NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR. It happend 2 times to me already. I thought the first time i just make mistake but the 2nd time i pay it have the same problem again.

Why do I have to watch ur countless instagram ads if I can’t even download the app in my country? I’m from Hong Kong and I’m sure a lot more people would download ur app if u made it available in more places. Ridiculous

No network keep loading

I tried to download and plan to enjoy the shorts last year but fail to load any videos and told me no network. After monthssss, i still got the same issue. Wonder if theres even anyone fix the problem lol

Why isn’t working here in HK Always saying “TRY AGAIN “..i find it nice coz i saw some reels on facebook and IG but failed to open.

please make this app available in hong kong :( i saw the ads and the short filmed i watched was really good and i would love to continue with it but i have no network every-time i enter the app. it would be amazing if hk people were able to access the app.
