Perfect app for outgoing people who can adapt quickly to different environments. I can honestly say this app has helped me with my work ethic and boosted my confidence in my own professional and customer service skills. I like being able to match my clothes to each store’s dress code. I’m also obsessed with shopping so I can mentally do that while I’m working but not even buy anything most of the time. It’s just the thrill around being around all the new stuff! lol
The reps who work for Reflex are very responsive. They even talked me through a shift in a hostile work environment due to a permanent employee’s disrespectful treatment towards me. They’ll also add or remove cities so you can work shifts when you travel.

You will not find work
This app is a massive Waste of time from a moronic group of people. You can only Look for work from your current address where you were sleeping regardless of how far are you in the boonies or if you commute to work. If you live 20 miles outside of LA and you normally go to LA because that’s the only place there’s work…. you’re not allowed to put LA as your work destination you have to put ur random country house in the hills have eyes area as the place you were looking for work……
They don’t update the app
Frustrating and too many glitches. Been on it for several weeks and half the time can’t claim work due to an error. There’s only way to contact them via text and thru don’t respond quickly

Having the opportunity to create your own work schedule and getting paid with 48 hrs. is amazing! This concept was GENIUS! Not to mention the experience we get, the people we meet and the relationships formed! Go FLEX!
Wasted Time and False Hope
I was excited to use Reflex to pick up some extra holiday hours, especially with my 10+ years of retail experience. However, after filling out all the required information, I never received any job opportunities. No communication, no updates, just silence. Deleting the app and advising others to be cautious. Seems like a waste of time and effort.

Good idea beyond slim pickings
The concept of this app is great however I’ve had this app for 5/6 months now and have only seen 3 job offers posted. I thought maybe the summer was a slow time but we are smack dab in the middle of holiday season and crickets.
