## Reformed Canada Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Customer Support"
First I am grateful for this Pilates place and would recommend it to everyone.

My monthly payment was ongoing, and I didn’t know.
I’m getting married and I was hoping to save up, I stopped paying for the monthly (I thought) but apparently the monthly was still on going. I didn’t realize that the monthly payment was still getting reduced from my credit card.
I tried cancelling through the app which they did not have that option. (PS. Please add it as an option)
They also don’t have a phone number. Thankfully, their email support replies really fast.

Contacted them through email, and was able to sort it out and now. I get to love going back to pilates before my wedding 🤣 cause apparently I already paid for it. Haha.

Thank you reformed.
I appreciate the support.
Hope you get more location closer to AIRPORT CALGARY & EDMONTON!!
Cheering for your growth. 🥰

PS. The reason I love this company is for their smaller classes. I feel so much more seen.
