WORTH IT.
I (30F) drank about 6-9 drinks a week before downloading this app. I had drank heavily in the recent past and had tried many times to quit altogether, but I couldn’t. I was stuck with this feeling that I wouldn’t “fit in” with colleagues, friends, family, etc if I quit drinking. This app works… I did a 30 day trial, successfully cut out alcohol. A few days after the trial ended, I started drinking again… Fed up with alcohol, I paid for the annual subscription. I used the app daily for the first 3 or 4 months. Then not drinking became my new normal. I have now been alcohol free for over 1 year. I’m happier and healthier than ever. I highly recommend this app!
Life changing, truly
This app and community has TRULY been life changing for me. I can’t believe I took a chance and downloaded the app, did the free trial, and ZERO regrets and have happily paid for the next 12 months because of how blown away I am by Reframe. The app content, the community, zoom meetings, coaches, fellow reframers, everything- I have become the best version of myself because of all the above supporting and facilitating me every step of the way! Took a chance and boy did it work out for me! You get this one life, if you’re on the fence, there’s really no reason not to *try* and just see what it’s about!

Charged me a 100 dollars when I opted for the free option not the subscription, now have to fight to get my money back.
