Credit claim code feature stopped working and swapping from app to another a back again locks the code and keyboard in place forcing a hard restart for the app to function again.

Since the update I’m not able to access the “card gallery”, and in my “recent transactions” I can’t “load more transactions” because it won’t let me scroll up. I can see it, but I can’t use it. There’s probably more issues, but I don’t want to get more frustrated than I already am. 
The update is a FAIL! for my account. Please fix it.

I’ve fought with this app all day. I remember now why I didn’t have it. I’ve had to change my password multiple times and I can log on my computer to my account but not my phone. Says it’s invalid but both are pasting from the same password app. It is indeed correct.

Seems convoluted and not intuitive.  Especially when I get to the rewards. I can get into screens that the only way out is to shutdown the app and start it again.  Then the app gets into a state where it won’t load movie info, reward info, account info, take receipt credit claim code, or pretty much do anything else.  As an example I’ve been trying to enter a credit claim code for four days now.  Each time it fails I have delete the app from my phone and re-install to get it working again.  As I said, could be better and needs work.

Most recent update has rendered the app completely useless. Anytime we try to load the app, It says network not available. Unable to access credit, see movie times or schedules. The only thing I can do is show them my QR code to scan. Come on let’s get it together.!

I purchased tickets for the family to see a movie and realized it was was the Wong theater on the way, checked GPS and realized we wouldn’t make it in time requested refund on App (Not Available) called and was told they have no manger at the location and want 100% sure they could process. Currently waiting for a call back other wise told got 40 min away (again not local theater) to get my refund - next time I will use Cinemark less of a hassle and very user friendly and same issue happen once and got credit back on their app asap. Regal need to update their App and make customer service an easier process for customers who made mistakes

The app worked great until the most recent update, but now you get an error anytime you try to claim credits using a receipt code. This has been broken for at least a week and Regal says that credits must be claimed in 7 days so I guess this is a scam to not pay out credits.

Regal charges a $1.89 fee per ticket through the app, which somehow totaled $8.00 on 4 tickets rather than $7.56. Either way, you can get bent. That’s ridiculous.

The price gouging from this company is absolutely insane. You could practically buy a movie to own for how much EACH ticket costs. And make a mistake or just need to change your reservation? You can refund, but they get to keep a completely unnecessary $3 "booking fee." Plus once you make a movie selection, you only get a few minutes to complete the purchase, making the whole process nerve-wracking if you're trying to coordinate with other people or run into any other issues. To top it all off, this app is garbage. Half of what I did resulted in "something went wrong" messages. You'd think with all the money they're leeching off of people they could make a functioning app! Thankfully this is a rare exception for me to go to the theater, especially since the superior AMC near me closed down. If this is the state of theaters now, I hope they go extinct.

I love using Regal for movies, and the basic functions of finding showtimes at a cinema near me, and purchasing tickets are fine. However there are errors when trying to access the rewards center and the app refuses to work for redeeming points, and won’t even let me use my rewards barcode in person. The error message tells me to download the latest version of the app, which I have. Tried deleting and re-downloading and now I can’t even sign into my account  REGAL, fix your app!!
