Aplikaci používám už dobrých pár let a stále se děje, že sama resetuje jízdenky aniž by přišel aspoň e-mail. Ani nedokážu spočítat kolikrát se mi to už stalo a jednou i pět minut před odjezdem vlaku. Sama vrátí kredity, ale k čemu to je když si člověk koupí pár týdnů dopředu jízdenku na vytížený spoj. Nechápu, že toto v roce 2024 někdo není schopny opravit. Kdyby to šlo, tak dam 0 hvězd

Už přes půl roku se vyskytuje zvláštní chyba. Při přihlášení do kreditové jízdenky a vyhledávání spojení je zvolen typ jízdného “unidentified” v počtu 1 osoba a nelze nijak zrušit. Když tedy v nabídce vyberu jiný tarif jízdného, kupuji jizdenku pro 2 osoby. Řeším to odhlášením, vložením do košíku a přihlášením k jízdence až v okamžiku platby. Je to nesmírně otravné a zdržující.

after loging under train ticket choosing food and clicking pay button app went into error even on my friend phone. Stevard was oble to order food for us in economy class so we were hungry whole journey… not satisfied with a service

It happened already twice that I bought the ticket in the app, the transaction went through and then when I checked the ticket in the app later it wasnt there and I just saw that my credit was topped up by the price of the ticket I was buying. I have suspicion that it happens when I have some credit left in the account and I want to pay for the ticket partially from the credit. Luckily I always checked the app before the train was leaving and was able to still purchase the ticket but you should definitely look into this.

### **--- "Well designed, but a lot of bugs"
The app by itself is actually well designed. Really like it. Also regiojet service is top. 

There are some weird bugs though.  You buy the ticket, you pay for it but it doesnt show in the app until you go and buy again for 0 czk. Somehow it gets stuck. Very often it shows that you cannot search as there are too many searches.
It does not show your bookings unless you refresh 3-4 times.

Je vidět, že se na aplikaci pracuje a přemýšlí se u ní. Využívá se nových užitečných funkcionalit, jako Live Activities a možnost přidání si jízdenky do Apple Wallet. A díky podpoře platby pomocí Apple Pay je zajištění jízdenky skutečně otázka sekund.

Aplikace mě ve voze astra nedovolí si objednat jídlo, protože moje cesta je kratší než 60 minut. V takové situaci jídlo nejde objednat ani u stevarda, protože ho nepustí systém.

Na trase kratší než 1h si nemůžete objednat jídlo. Což fakt naštve když jedete například z Prahy do Pardubic (a díky zpoždění vlastně jedete déle než 60 min, ale protože podle jízdního řádu je to 56 min. tak zůstanete ohladu)

Nevidíte aktuální polohu a rychlost vlaku.

Pomalé načítání hodnocení cesty.

Unlike FlixBus it doesn't show the boarding/departure location on the map, the platform number or even the bus number. I got the station mixed up because its name was hyphenated and looked like an intermediate stop, whereas on Google maps the bus was supposed to start from where I was waiting for it.

Dobrý den, rád bych věděl pointu této aplikace, kdysi ji nebylo vůbec za potřeby, chodil stevard a u toho se dělaly objednávky.  Teď musím mít debilní aplikaci, která ani nefunguje. Vážně by jste se měli zamyslet nad rebrandem a to ne jen nad touto nefunkční aplikaci, ale i nad celou vaši službou. Kdysi jste poskytovali službu, kterou chtěli všichni, teď vás konkurence dohnala, a nedává mysl využívat vaše služby.
