The corporate management decided they no longer valued Leland customers and closed the bank there. We now have to travel to a neighboring town to bank. I get a 1400 error almost every time I use this broken app whether it’s transferring funds internally, or using Zelle. I aways have to log in on a browser which is not convenient on a mobile device. I’ve called customer service multiple times, and they’ve said when this happens, to log in manually on a browser because regions banking is having to confirm my identity, but If I’m making transfers and transactions throughout the day everyday, why am I having to “confirm” who every other transactions. I’ve always had problems with this app, and as someone who travels for a living, it’s especially annoying when this happens out of town.
