RegistNurseEx simulates the full Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) experience used by the NCSBN: a Rasch-based adaptive engine selects each item from your current ability estimate, and the exam ends when it reaches a 95% pass/fail confidence decision between the 85- and 150-item bounds — exactly like the real test.
