## Regrind: Bildschirmzeit Description
Deine Konzentration bezahlt deine Bildschirmzeit.

Regrind hält die Apps deiner Wahl gesperrt, bis du die Zeit verdient hast. Fokus-Sessions zahlen Credits auf dein Guthaben ein. Hebe sie ab, um deine Apps freizuschalten – wenn die Zeit abgelaufen ist, sperren sie wieder. Das ist kein Timer, der nur blockiert, solange du arbeitest.

Bei der Einrichtung von Regrind geben mehr als 6 von 10 Personen an, täglich 4 Stunden oder mehr am Handy zu verbringen, 8 von 10 sagen, sie scrollen zu viel, und fast 2 von 3 haben Bildschirmzeit-Limits bereits ausprobiert. Limits sind schnell weggewischt. In Regrind muss Zeit in gesperrten Apps mit Credits bezahlt werden.

FUNKTIONEN

- Sperrliste: Wähle Apps, Websites und ganze Kategorien, die gesperrt bleiben
- Deinstallationsschutz: Solange deine Sperren aktiv sind, lässt sich keine App von deinem Gerät löschen, auch Regrind nicht
