Called the support line on day 1 and there was a recorded message that they were aware and working on it. 6 days out and they still can’t resolve a connection issue? They worst part of this is I cannot track the progress of my Mom’s rehabilitation from out of state. When I call the Rehabilitation Center that gave me the information for this, they told me that everything should be on this app. When I tell them it doesn’t work, they give me the same number to call which I never get a response from basically passing the buck.
