This app is not user friendly at all! Horrible

I hate this company. The customer service reps are rude and give out inaccurate information. Supervisors take forever to call you back. I hate that my employer hired this company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I use it to submit my receipts, I find it helpful and quick. It is becoming more and more user friendly too. The first few times I used it, I was overwhelmed with the amount of clicks back and forth, WEX must be taking in the feedback from users because the interface is slightly smoother.

Really hard to suspend one of the service ( transportation)

I love useful apps. This one is great once you get everything set up, but not great for setting things up. I was unable to add my dependents via the app and had to do it through the website. I also seemed to be unable to set up direct deposit via the app. I can do my receipts fine now, but it wasn’t an easy to use from the getgo like the previous app was

This is a horrible company. It has been months since I even received my new card yet. Using my own money and waiting literally FOREVER to get reimbursed defeats the whole purpose of having the account. Customer service is clueless and are never any help when solving my ongoing issues. And a supervisor is never available which is just baffling to me. Really wish we never switched to them.
