From now on, this job is really fun. With the TravelCash app.

The app manages all deposits of the group in a shared Kitty and keeps a meticulous record of all expenses. Whether shopping provisions, fuel, parking fees, pub visits - nothing is forgotten, everything is clearly arranged in columns such as "provisions" or "parking fees" - available at any time. Own categories can be defined. The current cash balance is displayed continuously.

Whether Euro, Francs, Kroner, Lira, Dollars, Pounds - the app manages everything. The deposits and expenses can be recorded in any currency. This greatly facilitated the administration of the Kitty when the trip takes place in Croatia or the Caribbean, for example.
The exchange rate is updated daily online.

Finally, the dispersal.
No matter how much everyone has deposited - it remains clear.
With the function "Dispersal" it will be shown, who still has to pay and who gets back. On request, the dispersal can be sent via email.

Damit lässt sich leicht eine Reise mit mehreren Personen abrechnen und noch dazu sehr gut dokumentieren! Einfache Eingaben und sehr guter Überblick, leichte Handhabung. Für meinen Bedarf genau das Richtige. Macht weiter so.

TOP!!

Super App, gut gemacht! Erleichtert den Ablauf eines Törns immer optimal. Was ich schade finde, dass ich jeder Client zwingend die App kaufen muss, wenn man selbst der „Host“ ist. So ist man als Skipper dann doch immer gezwungen die Kasse selbst zu Buchen. Also alles TippiToppi, ich würde jedoch cool finden: - Wenn die Lizenz für diesen einen zugewiesenen Törn/Reisekasse auch an ein anderes Reisemitglied ohne Kosten managen könnte. - Zwischenabrechnung: Es passiert immer wieder, das die Crew erst mitten im Törn wächst. Kommen nach einer gewissen Zeit X- weitere Mitglieder, so stimmt die Endabrechnung nicht mehr - hier müsste man die Kasse auflösen und wieder neu starten, was aber auch zu einem falschen Ergebnis kommt, weil zb Allgemeinkosten eben am beginn schon gebucht wurden. Eine Aliquote Abrechnung wäre hier sehr nice! Also - ne super Sache -weiter so!!!

Ich würde mir eine Cloud Version wünschen, damit mehrere auf die Buchungen zugreifen können, und dass man bei Mitgliederzahlungen die Kategorie ändern kann

Gute App, mir fehlt die freie Verteilung von Ausgaben wie z.B. Geburtstagsessen oder Teilnehmer erkrankt.
