The filter doesn’t work when searching products. Keeps bringing up products when the size selected is unavailable or out of stock. Also keeps resetting back to original search after using filter.

It’s very frustrating when searching for items of clothing, then adding them to your basket and trying to check out to only find out at that point that it’s out of stock. There are always items listed for sale that are in fact out of stock also. I enjoy Reiss clothing but this puts me off shopping on the app.

I don’t rate the app as you can’t communicate direct!!!!  You do not stock size 16 I. Store only on line. Most of us are menopausal with little patience for technology. You really need to change your market research from behind a desk and get out on the floor.  Your shop advisors are also in agreement that you could make sooo many more sales from stocking a size 16 and not a 6!!!  I am now retired with the means to shop but you make it impossible as I and a lot more are not a size 6. Please help your shop assistance sell your brand!!!  Mrs busty frustrated!!!!!!!!

Worst app ever. Cannot select the alternative address for a return. Have to email separately even though alternative address is registered. 
It’s almost so bad to navigate this app it’s as if it’s been done on purpose.

If you want to share a link to something you find and like on the app, you can’t share it with your family and friends as it just sends a link to download the app. Can’t believe someone at Reiss thought that would be good customer experience. Trying to get people to download the app at the expense of good customer experience for your loyal app customers?
No thanks. 
Guess I’ll go back to using the website! (Maybe that’s secretly what you wanted?)

Awful, never been the same since the app has been updated and Next have taken over! Items are not in stock when you try to add them to your bag, then attempts to pay are not directed to the payment page, then when you return to your ‘bag’, items again unavailable. Not great for such a prestigious brand!

I love Reiss but this app is so bad it reflects very poorly on their brand. 

The app lacks even the most basic functionality. For example, if you filter by size, it still shows items that are not available in that size (which seems to be pretty much everything), and there’s no way to filter out out-of-stock items. As a customer you have to work really hard to find anything to buy, which surely can’t be right.

The whole Reiss customer experience for buying online and collecting from store seems to have changed recently - and has been a massive step backwards. Even the website seems to have a lost a lot of the basic functionality it once had.

Firstly I love resis.. I did think the items were marginally better when Next never owned them however that's by the by. I do prefer the next-day pickups from any Next though.

I purchase items from Resis almost every week, and that's not an exaggeration as some reviews can be, and never has the app worked!! I have to save the home page to my home screen, which isn't too much trouble apart from that bloody banner across the top saying go-to the app. Is there a reason why non of my apple phones with up-to-date iOS installations can download the app and open it successfully

The Reiss website and App is pathetic. A truly terrible customer experience!!

Doesn’t even allow people to click on Apple Pay or Pay Pal from the first check out screen so they don’t have to enter all their personal information. 

No-one wants to fill out forms these days guys. This will make your conversion horrible.
