## Rejectra Description
Confidence is trainable.

Rejectra is a confidence builder and courage habit tracker built around exposure-style practice: take a small brave action, log the result, learn, and repeat. If you’re working on confidence, anxiety, social anxiety, or fear of rejection, this is your daily system to build momentum.

ATTEMPT → LOG → IMPROVE

How it works:
- Choose one small “exposure” (a clear ask or action that could feel uncomfortable)
- Log it in seconds (NO/YES, category, location, notes)
- Track streaks, patterns, and progress as your confidence grows

Great for everyday confidence—beyond any category:
- Starting conversations, speaking up, public speaking reps
- Boundaries, asking for help, making requests, saying no
- Negotiation, refunds, discounts, upgrades, follow-ups
- Sharing your work, applying, pitching, reaching out, introducing yourself

Features:
- Fast attempt logging + optional post‑mortem journal notes
- The Road to 1000: progress meter, bravery streak, “no’s collected”
- Insights: weekly charts, growth rate, success rate, category breakdown, milestones
- Brainstorm Bot (optional): goal-based challenge ideas when you need your next rep
- Notifications designed for consistency: daily prompts, weekly reviews, quiet hours, snooze, tone + difficulty controls
- No account required: your log stays on your device (with optional analytics toggle)

Rejectra is inspired by exposure principles, but it is not medical advice and not a substitute for therapy.
