There’s so many exercises they could do to improve depression and add. Unfortunately they are a total scam. There is ONE exercise. It is the SAME every single day. It made me depressed, and angry. What an absurd joke! Free apps with no prescription do way way better. I am in shock. They called to see if I needed any support. She confirmed there’s just one exercise ever every day. It’s a memory test. How depressing! Asked how she could help. I said maybe money back? They don’t give refunds.
