## REL Chauffeur Description
REL Chauffeur is a public platform for independent black-car chauffeurs to earn money driving in the New York Tri-state area.

Anyone with a valid commercial driver's license can apply. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees. The application is open to all qualified applicants — visit royalexecutivelimo.com/join to apply online in minutes.

Once approved (standard background check + vehicle inspection), use this app to receive trip offers, accept rides, navigate to pickup, and track your earnings. Same distribution model as other public ride-hailing driver apps.
