I’m really disappointed as Relax+ was brilliant. This is a terrible version. No music. No options for different modes. 

I used to recommend Relax + to my students around exam stress time and loads used it. Won’t be recommending this version.

I’ve been using this app for almost 11 years. Now they have updated it and completely changed the relaxation programme, it’s entirely different. I want the one I paid money for originally! Such a shame, now it’s spoiled to be honest. No longer gives me the same familiarity and comfort.

Once I concentrate on the voice I find I become relaxed quite quickly. I listen to the app at bedtime and it helps me fall asleep for a few hours. If I wake in the night ( this happens most nights) I listen again and usually manage to sleep again. Highly recommended

You really have to stick with the programme for at least three weeks but it really does work. I find best results from running the therapy twice so the total programme takes about 34mins

Great app. Relaxes me and puts me to sleep every time. I use it most nights now for relaxing and to get a good night sleep though most of his apps put me to sleep if listened to at night not just this one. I highly recommend all his apps. Ive got 5 at the mo inc Driving Confidence and Stop Smoking and both of these have also been really positive for me. Im not such a nervous driver and I haven't had a cig in 8 days since using this app

I've never written a review for an app before in my life, but I felt like I should actually comment on this one! I've listened to this app at least 10 times now, can't believe it but I've actually been so relaxed that I've fallen asleep every single time before the app has even finished! I struggled to relax before sleeping and could sometimes lie awake for ages....i just happened to stumble across this and thought I'd just give it a go! It's been the best relaxation thing I've found! If you're someone who really struggles to wind down and have a busy head last thing at night, this is def worth a go, it's very simple but really works in helping both your body and mind relax! Best app I've ever used!! Hope it works for other people as much as it did me!

I tell everyone about this app. From time to time I get anxiety problems and to give my mind a rest I listen to 'relax'. For me it feels like an easy way to meditate and take my mind off things. I use it mainly to sleep at night (never fails to send me off), but I also sometimes take time out in the day to have a lie down or if I'm up tight or on the train, bus, plane etc..
