they have very few routes or may they dont have any job i will be waiting from a week ago every day i wakeup 6am for picking up a route mostly the release route very late.and when they released there is just 1 routes always left for pickup.
And the only available in town where you cant drive properly and always issue with parking and very very less amount.

They will force you to either hand to customer or place in mailbox but if the package is too big for mailbox and the customer is not home then you are forced to fail the delivery which is not only a waste of time but an unfair change of pay. They do this knowing it will increase the fail % and have an excuse to pay us less.😂

The app just decided to stop working on my phone, for some reason. Even after deleting it, reinstalling the app, clear cache, it doesn’t work anymore, I’m stuck with the image of the app or a blank page, but it isn’t allowing me to sign in or do anything. Plus customer services aren’t helpful at all. 

I have to buy a new phone I order for me to carry on working smh.

Absolutely disgusting company accuse you of not delivering package. Block your account and don’t even speak to you. They send an email and don’t pay your wage what you worked for avoid this scammers

When I first started it was excellent, decent pay and lots of availability, now you can do 20 drops for like £17, less than a £1 a drop, you use your own fuel, pay £4 insurance per day, so overall if you do 1 block you only earn like £13 for the 17-20 drops. Ridiculous

The pay is poor after training. There is NO way of speaking to someone via phone even if you’ve been working there many months. If you have an urgent issue all you can do is speak to someone on chat which wastes time. They cancel routes on you. Most of them don’t speak English properly so don’t understand. Account suspensions are common. Poor decision making. Please don’t work for this company.

Absolute thieves for drivers. They advertise jobs as set price then when it’s time to pay they lower the price and state ‘insurance’ need to be paid. Work for even or yodel, this company is a failure.

On training days you get paid decent money for every route. But once you come of the training money they offer is a simply joke. Getting charged £4/day for hire and reward insurance, using your own car, diesel etc. Manchester city centre routes for less than a £1 per stop 😂, no contact number for customers. If you pre booking routes they offer you won't get even a £1 per stop. 
It is good enough if you do just afternoon routes when they start paying ( good enough) money. 
In simple way - more you experienced, less you get paid. 
What potentially could be a decent company it comes as another rip off. Shame

Yes, it makes it easier to see what you’ll be doing on a route (drops) but has literally fallen short everywhere else. No way of filtering to only see certain zones. Makes it very hard
