## Relay Pitstop Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Oscar"
What a stupid app and delivery service won’t even let you put your phone number in to the app to track your parcel now have to make it more difficult by going to the app I brought from and looking there such a inconvenience
-- Afghan Dan mush, 2026-08-22

### *---- "Stay away"
Retailers please stay away from them, not worthy for the work you put in. Very low commission.
-- Alax001, 2026-08-18

### *---- "⭐ 1/5 – Very Poor Service for Shopkeepers"
I would strongly advise other shopkeepers to stay away from Relay. The commission rate is extremely low compared with other parcel services, and for the amount of work involved, it is simply not worth it.

The biggest problem is parcel collection. They may say parcels will be collected within one or two days, but in our experience they can be left sitting in the shop for four to six days without being picked up. This takes up valuable space and creates unnecessary problems for the shop.

Then, when the driver finally arrives after several days, they may collect the outgoing parcels but also drop off a very large number of parcels for customer collection all at once. This creates a lot of extra work. You practically need two people at the till — one person just to sort, find and hand over parcels, and another to serve your regular shop customers.

Considering the very low commission, the workload, the storage space required and the unreliable collections, it is simply not worth it for shopkeepers.

Very disappointing service and very poor commission. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Relay to other shop owners.

### *---- "Re delivery???"
Okay re deliver, fine. AFTER 2 WORKING DAYS??? Like you mean something small makes me wait another 2 business days, and even then it might fail again. 0 star relay
-- Wild__H, 2026-07-18

-- mahintharuban, 2026-06-08

### *---- "Doesn’t work"

-- SKAKFT, 2026-06-01
