## Releaf Description
Releaf manages plant-based prescriptions for patients, providing streamlined prescriptions, order tracking and consultation reminders.

* Receive, track and manage your own prescriptions 
* Receive order delivery notifications straight through the app and via SMS 
* Order repeats direct with your pharmacy
* Know when to book follow up consultations

How does it work?

1. After your consult with a Releaf prescribing Doctor, you will receive an e-prescription via SMS
2. Download the Releaf app and verify your account
3. Place your order with the Releaf app
4. Receive updates as your order is prepared and dispensed by your pharmacy
5. Collect your order, or have it delivered from your pharmacy when it’s ready

Amounts ordered via phone do not update on this app… so, the app may say eg. 1 repeat left, when in fact you have 0 repeats left. 

This is terrible for medication, it can leave you without access to any until you get a consultation, which can take a week or more. Fix it please. App should be accurate - currently it’s false information
