I've only been using this for a few days but already I am feeling the benefit. I use a full session in the morning after my physio exercises, another in the afternoon and I set it to repeat to fall asleep to. I use the reminders every 30 minutes and now I immediately relax when I hear the chime. I didn't have much hope when I purchased the ap. I've suffered chronic pain for 17 years. There is no way this will cure me but it is making my life easier and that is definitely worth 5 stars.

Great little app - needed something to help with podt knee replacement surgical pain and to help me sleep through the night - didn't even reach the end of the first session- slept for over 6 hours - plan to use it during the daytime too to help with breakthrough pain - I have other Andrew Johnson apps, they're brilliant.

Not a bad little app, although I find some of his others more effective. I haven't really felt a reduction in pain levels, although it does help me drift off to sleep, which is good. Also, I feel less stressed about being in pain, which is definitely a plus.

This is brilliant for anyone who has aches and pains. Great relaxation as well. I'm a practising hypnotherapist and I recommend Andrews apps to my clients.

I’ve been using hypnotherapy for over 20 yrs. I am a sucker for it and love the feeling. I must have listened to AJ’sDeep Sleep over 10K times and have had success with his Pubilc Speaking app too. Last night I woke up with gout in my ankle. So painful. Even for gout this was off the scale. Eventually, in desperation i downloaded AJ’s Pain mgt app. It worked quickly and I managed to sleep. My wife is not a fan so I use kokoon night buds and tempur-pedic eye mask.

I have been struggling with lower back pain for nearly a year. Although I’m hopeful that PT, injections, and patience will bring relief someday, there are times I just can’t sleep. Lack of sleep makes the pain worse and leads me to feeling depressed. Andrew Johnson’s app has been so helpful! I’ve yet to make it through the entire session because I fall asleep halfway through. Give it a try if you’re hurting. My heart goes out to anyone suffering through any type of pain. Sending you positive, healing thoughts. Gratitude to Andrew Johnson as well.

This is an amazing little ap. My only suggestion would be that he teach you the deep breathing from the belly area like he did not other Aps. This ap is keeping me from going to harder pain meds. It does work. You can breath or relax the pain out. Please try even if it sounds silly at first put it on play loop for 3 or 4 times. I use several of his Aps and there are none better

I have been diagnosed with a chronic pain condition that there is little medical science can do to help. My diagnosis has caused me to try anything that could help me feel better, and this is one of the tools I've found that actually works. I recommend setting the reminders for during the day as I've found they provide an additional layer of relief.
