This app is so far away from that. The Relentless Trainer is an AI-based training app based on 10 years of experience and more than 30,000 registered training sessions. It's a very affordable personal coach right in your hand, and it adjusts your training - every day.

Every time you start a session, the app will ask you how you are feeling. Based on your answers, general fitness level, recent history of training, weaknesses, and strengths, the app will present an adapted training plan for the day.

You can, of course, choose how long you want to train and what kind of equipment you have access to. It can even adjust to special tracks, such as more endurance or Olympic weightlifting.

Every part of the session has descriptions, videos, and timers, and you can enter your results right there in the app. You'll never need another app again.

Whether you want to improve your Snatch, Squat, Bench press, rowing, running, pull-ups, or even muscle-ups, the trainer has it covered with over 1000 exercises.

You can also choose to integrate with the Health app or other smart devices to improve the personalization of your training even further. Our list of integrations extends to Apple Watch, Whoop, Garmin, Polar, and Fitbit, and we even integrate with Strava.

I am happy that I tried this app. I improve my weaknesses and still see progress in my strong elements. Stay patient and let the program to know you before you judge. You Will get god quality workouts.

The rockstar of personal trainers!

Individualized sessions every day, or whenever I want it and wherever I am located. It even tells me when I should enjoy a rest day! I can track my progress and adjust workouts depending my on daily needs, equipment, and injuries. I used to go to the gym for the community but all I really need nowadays is this app… Yep, the community is also there!

The best AI trainer for Crossfit

This is definitely the best AI / automated trainer I've tried for crossfit or crossfit-like workouts. Huge exercise library, flexible set/rep mechanics and a easy logging as well as deep personalization if you want it. The reason I can't give it five stars yet is because it's just too buggy, although the bugs are rarely severe enough to ruin a workout, just irritating.

Jag älskar Relentless! Har aldrig lyckats komma igång i gymmet på egen hand, men nu behöver jag liksom inte tänka, utan bara göra, och det gör hela skillnaden för mig! 3-4 tunga pass i veckan, utan problem! Sjukt bra, sjukt kul och så peppande! tack!

I’ve tried this app for a couple of weeks and I love it! I have struggled to plan my workouts since I train not just at one place, and this fixes my issue with ease! A well designed app with a lot of modification possibilities in order to both motivate and set up goals that suits you.

For someone that competes and trains martial arts I had a really hard time to keep my lifting at a good level and improve my strength & keep track of my lifting sessions. Now each training is really good and it helps me track my progress, adapting training for how my body feels is great especially after hard sparring sessions the day before. Really happy with it so far!

Instagram tyckte att jag skulle testa den här appen. Kom nästan igenom hela registreringsprocessen innan jag tog bort den. Reklamen lyfter fram att det är appen som ska anpassa sig efter mina önskemål. Jag ville bara ha kettlebell-övningar men det tyckte inte appen att att jag skulle ha. Det skulle bara vara färdigbakade program. Det gick inte att prova appen utan att registrera sig och starta en rätt dyr prenumeration. Ett plus är iaf att de första två veckorna var gratis så att jag i alla fall hann stoppa prenumerationen.

Extremt trött på PTs med samma programmering till allihopa. Min träning har aldrig varit så effektiviserad som med appen. Behöver aldrig gå runt och grubbla över vad jag ska göra för att känna mig nöjd med passet. Blir alltid nöjd efter tränat med appen 🤩

Den här appen är riktigt grym, volymen och allt funkar hur bra som helst. Jag har testat mig igenom många olika program, men alla är generaliserade och jag har ingen lust att betala 2000kr /månaden för nått internet program som inte ens tar hänsyn till dagsform. När man har ett fysiskt tungt jobb utanför gymmet är det grymt att ha nått som justerar träningen utefter min dagsform. Dessutom har jag blivit starkare på bara 14dagars testperioden. Jag recenserar aldrig appar generellt, men när nånting är såhär bra är jag tvungen 5 ⭐️.

Why does it only Read from the Health App, and not Write? I’m looking forward to seeing how things go, as I’ve struggled with keeping the intensity of sessions when training alone. First impressions are good, but without writing to Health, it could only reach 4 stars max.
