1. They only promise just for sale. Later they ignore you. Delayed delivery obviously. Too much follow-up needed. 
2. Product is delivered with package seal broken 
3. Installation is in hurry due to workload 
4. This is my second product from reliance digital. But quality service is still a dream. Please be prepared to struggle. Keep a margin of 1 month for delivery , installation and exchange offer to be complete.

Worst experience ever.. i bought washing machine from store on 20/10/24 and they promised to deliver it on 22/10/24 but didn't deliver and on 22/10/24 after calling customer care they later told me it will be delivered on 23/10/24 and today (23/10/24) they are saying product will be in store and i need to pay extra delivery charges as it is not delivered on time...  wanted to give zero star...after this not gonna buy single thing from reliance

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Reliance Digital. I placed an order for a tablet worth ₹1.11 lakh and made a prepaid payment. Despite my order being confirmed, there was no update on the dispatch status for an entire week. I contacted customer care daily, only to be told repeatedly that the order would be processed soon. However, after a week of waiting, my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on the level of service I expected from a reputed brand like Reliance Digital. Customers deserve transparency and timely updates, especially when making high-value purchases. This incident has left me questioning the reliability of their services

I have ordered the apple charging cable and it is mentioned it will be delivered within 3 hours or else we will refund it. I did not get it in 3 hours but in 48 hours, the customer support asked to reject the parcel so we will refund the amount as it is not delivered on time. I rejected the parcel but did not get any refund or response from the team. Worst service ever🙏🏻

I bought an airpod from reliance, packing was tempered , it was my mistake  i bought from reliance to get 1000 discount but i got used airpod one month old thats how company like reliance , even for tempered packing i contact customer care they asked for 72 hr but they took one week for reply. And refused then i send them guaranty issue they took more 10 days  to reply to refused .so i suggest don’t use such company , even if you buy offline store you never buy tempered packing, then why reliance just push on us tempered packing . If you want to suffer after buying so you can choose this cheap on line plateform
