It’s the easy way to fill shifts in real-time and manage all the details with ultimate flexibility and no stress. 

Use Relief Buddy to post and apply for shifts in seconds – here’s how it works:
- A pharmacy or dental office owner/manager opens the app and clicks on “post shift."
- Pharmacy and dental professionals can find and apply for the shifts based on their preferences.
- The employer is notified as applicants apply for the shift.
- The employer views applicant profiles, selects the best fit and books the shift!
- When a shift is completed, the employer and worker confirm the hours worked, and payment is processed.

The great thing about this app is that there are lots of quality shift and job opportunities where I live. I find more great shifts here than all of the other similar dental apps combined!  Not sure how they do that, but it’s amazing - keep it up!
