Relief offers several meditation and breathing exercises, as well as white noise. It also boasts a specialized unique plan for everyone, which help you improve your mental health in 14 days.

In just a few minutes a day, Relief can help you feel better in your daily life.
 
RELIEF FEATURES：

●Meditation and mindfulness
Meditation is the process of focusing your attention on something. It is an ancient practice that has been proven to help you calm anxiety and stay focused. Meditation helps you calm the mind, stay focused, reduce stress, and sleep better. It will improve your overall health and well-being.

●Tibetan Singing Bowl
Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation, to relieve pain in the joints, muscles and shoulders, to improve circulation, release tensions or blockages, to open the energy flow. We provide several different Tibetan singing bowl types, strike to enjoy the healing calm sound.

●Tailored plan
Daily plans include several guided meditation and breathing exercises, and each of the content is tailored to your need. 

●Breathing exercises
Breathing exercises can help you relax and sleep better, relieve stress and anxiety, improve endurance, and increase energy and focus.

●White noise
Over 40+ white noise helps you fall asleep faster whether you are having trouble relaxing or just want to enjoy a moment of quiet at night. The soothing sounds help your mind relax, helping to reduce stress and improve concentration.

●Healthkit
Track your sleep time and meditation time by Apple Health automatically, we also write your meditation time to Apple Health.

●Subscription pricing and terms
Relief offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$9.99 per month
$49.99 per year (that's less than $4.99 a month)
Subscribe for unlimited access to all features and content offered for purchase within the app. 
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
